2. What data I collect

2.1 Server log data

When you visit this site, the hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of access. This data is used solely for technical operation and security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

2.2 Contact

If you contact me via email or via a form on this site, the data you provide (name, email, message) is stored to process your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). Data is deleted once the inquiry is fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

2.3 Booking calls (Calendly)

When you book a call via the Calendly link, your name, email, and selected time are processed by Calendly, Inc. (US). Calendly is GDPR-compliant via Standard Contractual Clauses. See Calendly's Privacy Policy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

3. Cookies & tracking

3.1 Google Tag Manager

This site uses Google Tag Manager (provided by Google Ireland Limited). Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data — it is a container that loads other tags. However, it allows other tracking tools to be activated, which may capture data. See Google's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Analytics & advertising tags

Any analytics or advertising tags loaded via Google Tag Manager (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight) are only activated with your consent where required by law. Where consent is the legal basis, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

4. Hosting

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare provides CDN, DNS, DDoS protection, and SSL. Data transfer to the US is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
