Your webinar isn't broken.
The funnel around it is.

You spent EUR 5,000 on ads. 500 people registered. 47 showed up. 3 bought. The webinar wasn't bad — five specific things between the click and the close were. I find them. I fix them. You print money.

01 — QUICK CHECK

Do you have a webinar problem?

Check the ones that sound like you. The list updates as you go.

😊

No problem!

02 — RUN THE MATH

Build it in-house?
Run the math first.

Most teams default to "we'll figure it out internally." Then six months pass, the first event ships at 18% show-up, and someone has to explain the line item. Here's the ledger before you commit — in hours, outcomes, and what's left when the person who built it leaves.

Build it yourself

a.k.a. learning on your own audience

  • 4–6 months to first event
  • 84 hrs of your team's time, per event
  • 💸~€3,780 loaded cost per event (@ €45/hr)
  • 📉15–22% first-event show-up rate
  • 🧠Playbook lives in one person's head
Net: hope it works.

Build it with me

a.k.a. rent 7 years of pattern recognition

  • 4 weeks to first event
  • 0 hrs of your team's time
  • 💸Book a demo · typically 2–3× cheaper than the loaded cost above
  • 📈52% show-up baseline (verified across 108 events)
  • 🧠Documented playbook handed to your team
Net: ships, attributes, repeats.

Hour estimates are loaded benchmarks from 108 shipped events. Your team's numbers will differ — but the variables that actually decide the math aren't hours. They're time-to-first-event, show-up rate, and what's left when the person who built it leaves.

My promise on the 30-min call.

If we get on the call and I can't identify at least 3 leaks worth fixing in your funnel — leaks with a specific euro estimate attached — I send you my full Webinar Audit Template (the one I normally only ship inside an engagement). Either way, you leave with something you can act on tomorrow.

05 — FAQ

The objections before you ask them.

I've worked with agencies before. Why is this different?

Agencies sell hours. I sell outcomes. You'll work with me, not a junior account manager. Every deliverable is something I'd ship myself, and have shipped 108+ times. If you want decks and status calls, hire McKinsey. If you want a funnel that prints, hire me.

Can you guarantee a specific revenue number?

No, and run away from anyone who does — they're guessing or lying. What I can guarantee: a measurable lift on the specific leak we identify. If your show-up rate is 9% and we don't get to 30%+ in 90 days on the retainer, I refund the last month. The math here is repeatable, not magic.

Do I need a big audience to make this work?

No. The smallest profitable webinar I've built had 73 registrants and 22 attendees. It closed EUR 14,000. Audience size is the lazy explanation for why webinars don't convert. The funnel design is the real explanation.

What if I've never run a webinar before?

Even better. We're not unwinding bad habits. The Full Funnel Build is designed for teams running their first event — I'll walk you through the platform setup, the script delivery, the post-event triage, all of it. Most clients land their first paying customer in their first webinar.

What's the catch?

I take 2 clients per month, max. Anything more and the quality drops. So the catch is calendar availability — by the time you finish reading this page, the June slots may be gone.

06 — WORDS

More from past customers.

CEOs, CMOs, and operators who've sat next to me while the actual work got done. The funnels are downstream of how I work.

William and I first crossed paths when he was a student at our Digital Marketing Academy. He quickly distinguished himself through his remarkable potential, strong work ethic, and an insatiable curiosity — qualities that set him apart from most of his peers.
Stefan Smiljanoski
CMO @ 3DLoom · ex-CEO Brainster Albania
William is a key employee in one of our companies. He doesn't need me anymore — he's built his own path.
Petar Ninovski
CEO @ Brainster Group
When I started at Brainster, William and I faced every marketing team challenge together. His drive to learn and improve not only inspired me but also made my transition effortless — a role he completely stepped into just two years later.
Bojan Danilovski
